SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow 1-2 Business days for your order to be processed for shipping. The shipping department makes every effort to fulfill orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. This notification will be sent to the email address that was provided. After your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the mail carrier to update your tracking information after receiving your order that was placed with us in the 'said' time frame.

For domestic purchases please be aware that in-climate weather, shipping delays, and concerns relating to the recent pandemic may affect your delivery times. Please be patient and if you have questions about your tracing then reach out to FIGs Discount Supplements & More.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you would like to make a return a product(s), The item(s) must be returned within 14 days of the original order date returns requested beyond this time will be refused. The FIGs Discount Supplements & More will not accept returns on Opened, Damaged, and any used products for the safety of the team and quality of other products, as well as purpose for restocking within our store.
Within the first 14 days of the original order date if you do not notify us of the problem with your order a refund or exchange will not be given. This includes but is not limited to failure to receive a product, damage to the container or safety seal, quality of the product’s contents, and/or receipt of an incorrect product. When a return request is submitted, a FIGs Discount Supplements & More Customer service representative will reach out to you to confirm the condition of the product. Returns requested are subject to be refused. in most cases Pictures, Video or any other means may need to be provided during any claims for returns/exchanges prior to refunds/replacement. Most Returns will be subjected to an instore credit/exchange.
